Gsx 750f x reg 98-02

    need some to help me out with the ingtion box,

    due to the project bike i had brought and the last owner choping wires up i have bought a 2nd hand wire loom, and the igntion cable was slightly different it was a single clip instead of a 4 and 8 pin clips

    so when i need due to me useing the clips to place on my ingtion switch is

    i need to know where the wires go i stil have them in the block of 4 and 7 wire, but stupily i dint write were these one went, if you are able to take some pictures so i may see were they go,

    or if any one can tell me if i get a 2nd hand igniton box that will fit this clip would it work ???

    :rolleyes: Gary yours is the GSXR so slightly different from the GSXF but chances are most of the loom will be similar. Might just have different blocks like here.

    After searching salvages website ebay over the last few moths i finaly found a 1999 wire loom for my bike Yea cost 27.50 and added bouns of datatoll alarm wireed up

    so last night i fitted said wire loom and get the bike back to the state i bought it in still not running correctly due to the mixtures,

    placed the fairing back on the bike and stating to look like the bike it once was,


    i now have a big ask from you guys,

    any one have aircompor and spry kit i can borrow for a few weeks ??
    i will be happy to contirbut some money to borrowing it as will be chearper then
    buying one out right / hiring one,

    Looks very good, Craig. I thought you said it was Mars Red? It seems more bronze or brown, but that's probably the camera or my computer or my eyes! Did you have any problems operating the spray equipment? How many coats?

    nicely done, not a colour for me as i'd never get leathers to match :giggle: but it's always nice having a bike that is "yours" and not a copy :thumbsup:

    @les yes this is why im ginger :):)
    @panle man 3 coats of paint 2 with clear and 1 will pertol resit, colour is matalic, and not very good when taken on a phone cam :) but better on digital that are dated :):)
    but better when you see it for your selfs :):)
    @ blackhornet and black leathers will match :) just see how the balk and mars red gotogether :)

    sorry guys im in need again of some help :):)

    any one in the tubridge wells area have a bike trailer i can borrow at the end of the month as i need to get bike to a garage in edinbridge for a tune up and carb blance, and getting it ready for its MOT end of next month
    or a good ones around this area (surgestions welcome)

    I might have to take you up on that :):), does it have the stanard ball join fitting ?

    any good moto shops that you trust to do repairs and stuff in your area ??

    Yup + lights, ramp & tiedowns but give it a few days for others to read as you may well a closer offer.

    Yup, its my nearest & I've bought 6 or 7 new bikes from them over the years but I always get the feeling that I've been had whenever their workshop is involved.
