its not so much that they wont get caught, its more the fact that they will get a slap on the wrist and let off. catching the criminals isnt the problem.. its what happens afterwards that needs an overhaul... bloody judges being too soft, poxy eu policys stating "human rights" for offenders, and slimy lawyers getting people off on technicalities..

 

It certainly looks like the majority feel lawbreakers should be more appropriately and 'effectively' punished.
I would certainly advocate a behaviourist approach towards punishment. It basically goes; Oh, OK.. when this happened, this also happened. Stimulas and Response. CONSEQUENCES.
Clearly repeat offenders don't get the message, probably because the 'response' or punishment to their crime is often completely disproportionate to their own values and often seen as acceptable. Solution - Erect some nice stocks in the town centre and reinstate national service.

 

At least 5 yrs Narional service, let the scum get shot at and blown up....sorted!!
