    Interesting read, load of rubbish really but will comply if I drive over there just in case...also interesting about the fluorescent jacket as I usually keep it in the boot!

    Makes sense when thinking about it, as you can't be wearing it while out the car if you have to get it from the boot initially ;)

    did anyone read the small print ? if you carry a kit does it have to be unused or can you go over with one that you used the week before on a rather heavy night.

    would be interesting to produce a test to the police showing as well over the limit only to blow clear on their test and all to advoid a 11 euro / playdo fine :D

    I would also point out that the home test kits are crap and often get it wrong!
