September Trackdays

    So - I am meant to be planning my lessons and getting on with work I need to do before school starts next week :confused:.
    Somehow I ended up doing this :rolleyes::

    Got taken out by someone thinking Murrays (Snett) was a good place to overtake :fume:
    Left heel, right hip and right front n back ribcage rather bruised n hard to take a deep breath and can't lift things with right arm or bending over without ribs hurting.

    Bike is ok, bent clipons, snapped pegs n crash bobbins and cracked tail unit....all easily fixable.

    No, no one had footage and the track don't give out footage either. Saw a replay at race control...they had words with the other biker, but he did profusely apologise.
    It's was after the exit at Murrays before pit lane, heading down the straight, I had the racing line and he decided that the outside was the place to overtake....well there is no outside....so crashing into me was a better option it seems, rather than running onto the grass.
    I went over the bars and bounced down the road...I thought you were supposed to slide in leathers...

    Chest protector maybe next on the list or a Helite vest...

    well it's about time you brought a camera :)

    maybe you need a faster bike to stop people from over taking :)

    must of been a little scary, when it happens from something you can't see behind you
