The rack for my chair, was not finished this morning, or yesterday or even at 1pm when I turned up to collect it but at 3pm after me finding a comfy spot and watching them make it!
Then to get home and find out (with Josh's help, thanks buddy!) that it needs some trimming and tweaking to be usable.

ARSE! Was really eager to get out and to the Ace tonight, next week anyone?

Polish the top fairing instead! Will raise your core temp, make you feel better and you'll be around the bike, in the sun!
Once It's done you can take it for a spin.

    ;)

struggled for an hour to get the poxy front sprocket nut undone on the ninja , after that the sprocket and chain change went ok. Then after going to put the rear wheel back on i noticed the sliding pin on the rear caliper was poking out more than it should have been..... :bhead:bloody r-clip has fallen out at some point and the sliding pin was almost due to fall out ..... had to borrow a clip from my gs500 so will now order a bunch more . but at least the bike is sorted and ready to tomorow :D

They have a trained yeti in the Kwacker factory mate, he only tightens front sprockets!
The P7 was on at over 140lb of torque.

Good to hear it's back and sorted!

yeh i can well believe that, was a pig to shift. All done now tho :D . just annoyed about the brake, mostly at myself for not checking more often. usually give the bike a once over before going out but last few days have been in a rush to do some bits  . And the stupid design of the caliper doesnt help, the sliding pin exits towards the wheel so you only just see it, and i hate poxy r-clips too. Anyway.. stress over. time to chill out, then go for a ride tomoro as for once i have no littlun and no wife to find things for me to do as shes out :D :D
