    I used to use a mouthguard overnight but was told it sounded like mice squeaking. Didn't need it for long & it helped reduce dental bills.

    I've been grinding my teeth for a long time. Chewed through a fair few mouthguards, and broke a tooth before I got a mouthguard. Been sitting at my desk with a pencil in my mouth, to make sure I don't tense up too much and get a headache.

    I just snapped the pencil.

    A tiny bit stressed at the moment I think.

    Had to drive down with son to get some DLA advice, but was a total waste of time......am a tad peeved at the wasted time and fuel. Plus son now teetering on edge of crisis. (long story) :bhead:
