What Motorbike Carbs for a CAR!!!!

    First of all sorry I've been away for sooooooo long been absoloutely manic with Fire Bike duties and Biker Down!
    I have a strange one now for anyone a bit techy. My cousin wants to put some motorbike carbs on 16v 1800 golf! Don't ask me why other than he is amazing at building custom cars and does some really clever stuff with engines and chassis', he's asked me but I don't have a clue what to recommend anyone else got any ideas?

    Glad to see you again Jim! We completely understand re work :)

    Just done a bit of googling & Seems most ppl are using R1 carbs.

    I can remember a A series in a Mini Cooper running on four Amal Monoblocs. Those members under 40 may need to use google. :)
