    Nor am I!

Street triple is ready to go. New MOT this morning, bargain eBay Renntec rack fitted and I have My stash of Euros at the ready. I've even bought one of those modern dry-bag thingies to pack my camping gear in. Hopefully won't arrive at Assen trailing shredded bin bags and chair covers. :)

Had a practice pack yesterday - managed to get everything in my tank bag, rucsack and a bungee net on the back! Just hope it doesn't rain on the way as everything is likely to end up soggy!!
You have my number - drop me a text when you arrive and I will come and find you - I'm heading out first on Thursday.....

A text, he says! Remember who you're talking to. I will have more luck with my Semaphore flags!

I'll give you a call, although we're all camping in the same area so we'll find you eventually :)

Lovely surprise 'phone call, just as the light was starting to go. A farmer had found a swarm of bees just as he was finishing cutting his silage so he rang me to see if I wanted them. On with the suit and off we went to collect them. Really easy to reach and very calm, we soon had them safely in a box. Waited half an hour for the stragglers to climb into the box with their mates and ended up dropping them into the hive by torchlight.
Beats dozing in front of the TV until bedtime :)

Being told by the driver, that the bus fare from Assen circuit into Assen town centre was free because Valentino Rossi had won the GP. Extra special because it was my turn to pay.

i liked the free sweeties on the bus, too. it would never happen over here. scuse the typing. only one finger and drugs but it won't stop me waffling.

also making me smile, thank you phil, for rescuing my bike and husband yesterday. above and beyond the call of duty. the next bus fare is on me.
